Returns & Exchanges

We will accept unused items returned within 45 days for an exchange or full refund, less delivery charges. CHILD SAFETY GATES must be packaged in the original carton with all the original packing material. Loose items put in with the gate will cause damage to the finish and make the gate non-returnable. For health reasons, certain items, as noted, are not returnable. Videos, CDs and cassette tapes are not returnable once they are opened. Delivery Charges

We ship all orders promptly. Refer to our shipping chart for standard delivery charges which are based on delivery within the continental U.S. It should take 3 to 7 working days to receive your order.
